✅ Open Parcel Policy – Check Before You Pay!

We offer an open parcel service across Pakistan — you can inspect the product at your doorstep before paying.
Please take a moment to ensure the product is correct and in perfect condition before accepting.

🔄 Return Policy (If Not Checked at Delivery)

If you didn’t check the parcel at the time of delivery, you can still request a return under the following conditions:

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

❌ Important Notes

Damaged products will not be returned or exchanged if the damage occurred after delivery.
We strongly recommend using the open parcel option to inspect the product upon delivery.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued after we receive the returned product and verify that it is in its original condition.
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
